Tip Of The Day

Employers must make all reasonable and necessary inquiries when considering its accommodation options.  Although an intention to engage meaningfully in an accommodation process is significant, the burden of undue hardship is very high to discharge.  The duty to accommodate is ongoing and both parties have to consider all the reasonably available options, particularly if there is a significant change in a medical disability case.
