Tip Of The Day
Unions are reminded of advocating on behalf of their members for reasonable accommodation options, and not a perfect accommodation. Accommodations often involve updates with return-to-work meetings and medical documentation that constantly change the requirements for employers, unions and employees when evaluating accommodation options. Unions and employees are required to facilitate the process, and this usually means having reasonable justifications when seeking to eliminate accommodation options.
